Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions conducted with Wholesale Vista. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Seller” refer to Wholesale Vista.
“You”, “Your”, “Buyer” refer to the individual or business placing an order.
“Goods” means the products offered by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer.
2. Order Placement & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Wholesale Vista. A confirmation will be issued upon acceptance, which constitutes a binding agreement for supply of the stated Goods.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest as permitted under UK law.
4. Delivery
All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Goods are shipped at the Buyer’s risk.
Any transit damage must be reported to both the courier and Wholesale Vista within the specified timeframe provided during checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
Goods are not sold on a sale-or-return basis.
Returns are only accepted for defective or misdescribed items.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements are provided at Wholesale Vista’s sole discretion.
6. Retention of Title
All Goods remain the property of Wholesale Vista until full payment has been received and cleared.
7. Liability Limitations
Our total liability for any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Goods in question.
8. Termination of Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate an order and issue a full refund in cases where delivery is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
11. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version available on our website shall apply and supersede previous versions.
