Wholesale Vista

These terms and conditions, as well as any and all agreements, are referred to as: "We", "Our", "Us", and "Seller" refer to Wholesale Vista. "You", "Your", and "Buyer" refer to the business or individual placing an order. "Goods" refers to the products offered by the Seller and purchased by the Buyer.

Order Placement and Acceptance:

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Us. Confirmation of orders will be sent to You, and it constitutes an agreement to provide the stated Goods.

Pricing and Payment:

All prices are exclusive of VAT and other relevant taxes. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate permitted by applicable laws.

Delivery:

Delivery dates are estimates and We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. Goods are shipped at the Buyer's risk, and any damage in transit should be reported to the carrier and US within a stipulated period.

Returns and Refunds:

Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis. Returns will only be accepted if Goods are defective or not as described, and must be returned within a stipulated period from the delivery date. Any refunds or replacements are at Our sole discretion.

Retention of Title:

All Goods remain Our property until payment is received in full.

Liability Limitations:

Our total liability in respect of any event or series of related events will not exceed the total price paid by You for the Goods.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate Your order and refund any payments made, in case of inability to deliver the Goods for reasons beyond Our control.

Force Majeure:

We shall not be liable for failure to fulfil Our obligations hereunder due to causes beyond Our control, including weather conditions, acts of God, or government actions.

Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Changes to These Terms:

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. The version on Our website is the current version and overrides any previous versions.
