Delivery:

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days (excluding weekends) before shipping. We are committed to delivering your wholesale products reliably and efficiently.

Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. Your items will be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Deliveries are made from 9:00 am on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival

Returns and Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 7 days of receipt at vista@whosalevista.co.uk for a replacement or refund.Returns due to reasons other than damage or defects are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee.

To initiate a return or exchange, email vista@whosalevista.co.uk with your order details and reason within 14 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless due to a damaged or defective item.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping:

We only offer a national shipping option, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size.
